There is a section in the House reconciliation bill Section 80121(h) This section guts judicial review, a cornerstone of our US Constitution and takes away anyone's right to sue the government over destroying our environment. “No court shall have jurisdiction to review any action taken by the Secretary, the EPA administrator, a State or municipal agency, or any other federal agency […] to issue a lease, permit, biological opinion, or other approval. “ is this clause or something similar in the Senate version of the reconciliation bill? Not much is being said about this clause but it looks like this would prevent any lawsuits to protect our public lands.
