Great news and we will see how long this lasts. You can count on them to keep coming back as they do not give up easily. Stay vigilant on this!

Will these clowns even listen to the Senate Parliamentarian? Or will they find some BS work around?

Thank you to the Senate Parliamentarian for ruling in favor of sanity and public lands remaining wild where they belong. This IS a Victory for No Sale of our Public Lands! Look what podcasts can do to bring on more team members to keep on pressuring the fraudsters who are trying to pull one over on us Americans. Yay Wes and podcast team!

And YES, I anticipate mr ick Doug Burghum will do exactly this, Wes. quoting you here "..... The Department of Interior and USDA can sell parcels of up to 2,500 acres without mandated congressional approval, a measure interior secretary Doug Burgum has hinted he may use."

Shall we act as if he is already doing this and include him in our email/letter campaign? not that we expect him to act with integrity but perhaps we record in the public record (before they disappear the public record too along with any process to stop the industrialized land grab) and thank you for keeping he momentum going! All we need to do is visit our local forest to be reminded what we have to lose and all that we love about our precious heritage. Come see the wild and rugged California coastline if you all need some inspiration....

I just talked to my local senator‘s office and they were adamant that this got shut down and will not be part of the bill. My response was OK. It got shut down once before and got immediately added back in. What is your office’s position on this provision of this bill should it be added again? To this they refused to respond.

Why is everything a real estate deal to this administration? Preserve public lands. While you're at it, let's rehire park rangers, scientists, and medical researchers. The greatest nation on the planet needs all the smart people we can get.

I do recommend that everybody get a hold of ski Utah, which is an industry group in Utah representing the ski industry, which is one of Utah’s biggest industries and say- hey I’m not coming again to Utah to ski this winter because Mike Lee sponsored this part of this bill. Furthermore, I ain’t skiing in Utah until Mike Lee is out of office.

Relieved to see the sell-off yanked from the budget package, but the Roadless Rule rollback and attacks on the Antiquities Act prove the pressure isn’t letting up. Public land is more than a line on a spreadsheet; it’s our classroom, refuge, and economic engine.

Stay loud. Call your reps, show up at hearings, and keep your boots on these acres.

And thanks to Wes for tracking the fine print so the rest of us can keep fighting smarter.

Insane. But good. So far the main thing that seems to somehow passed muster is the AI state regulation decade ban. How that can be considered budgetary is imagery to me.
