A comprehensive list of every action the administration has taken to harm our planet, the places we go outdoors, and the plants and animals that live on it
Thank you so much for compiling (with links) this extensive list. I’ve seen the carnage in articles but seeing the bulleted list and the amount of scrolling I had to do makes me even more heartbroken and angrier.
Thanks, no thanks. It’s so much worse when it’s in list form. I suppose that goes to the numbing of our hearts. I’m glad to be reminded. I might have thrown up a little in my throat, and my heart is racing with rage and fear. But I feel an obligation to keep looking at the rolling wreckage. Honestly, thank you.
Although this falls under HHS- I felt it important to share this link about NIOSH since it relates to the safety of those working in dangerous environments which will inevitably become more dangerous (coal miners, firefighters/wildland firefighters, etc)
Thank you for compiling this. Powerful to take it in all in one sitting… and enraging and heart breaking. Grateful to trust that there are many hands and hearts staying busy across our country to protect all the Life that has been degraded and threatened by this Congress and man. By this system that idolizes money and power at all costs.
This is a wonderful list. No one could have made a better. If we count in actual and likely secondary and tertiary effects of the primary impacts then there would be thousands of bullets points.
Thank you for completing this list. In my former life I lived in Oklahoma and fought daily for common sense legislation. This is a crime against humanity, the nature and the environment! I sent your list to my friends.
This regime has no respect for anyone or anything except money! It fails to recognize the long term irreversible damage that will be done by issuing these EOs and firings.
But we knew some of this was coming when the SCOTUS ruled on the Chevron Doctrine right?
Not sure if you had this listed. The EPA is proposing to eliminate it’s Office of Research and Development (ORD). Elimination could result in the firing of 1155 scientists including chemists, toxicologists and biologists, and the closure of multiple research facilities across the country. ORD’s workforce could be cut by 50 to 75 percent. ORD serves as the agency’s eyes and ears, and its scientists work to detect pollutants, evaluate toxic risks, develop technologies to remove environmental contaminants and ensure that regulations are grounded in the best available science.
As always, Trump + his minions killing us with his horrific actions. Thank you for taking the time to compile this list. Hard to digest, even harder to turn a blind eye. I'm focusing my energy on public lands and contacting my reps and doing what I can locally. I know it can feel overwhelming with the flood of travesties. Thanks for doing all you do Wes.
When you see it all together it is truly shocking how much power a single man can have to destroy the future of a planet and it’s inhabitants He couldn’t do more damage to the planet with a nuclear weapon, and that clearly isn’t off the table. He cares nothing about the horrifying consequences of his thoughtless executive orders. When you are a megalomaniac, there is no future if you aren’t in it. He can’t be bothered to care about future generations at all.
Don’t Federal lands and National Parks belong to everyone? Don’t we have a say in what happens to them? People should be angrier than they are. He is stealing our land, our quality of life, and in many cases our actual lives.
The only thing I would add is that he teaches hatred and fear. In my 71 years Ive never see someone in that office so destructive and hateful. Wes, thank you for posting this list and for documenting it so well. I will share it.

Please keep doing these, keeping up is impossible for people who aren't journalists. We need more big picture articles.

Good addition, thank you!
Silence.

Thank you for your list. It is beyond disturbing.
The time of trusting our administration to protect lands is done. Our blueprint now is Abbey’s.
